Celestial Roots began as a personal journey for me and my family. Eight years ago my wife Christina developed MS symptoms that left her in fear of paralysis. Christina decided not to pursue the conventional treatment for MS, but to adopt a dietary, lifestyle approach. Having a background in science (ecology/ biodiversity- BSc University of New England) and energy work (International Institute of Reflexology UK) I began exploring ways I could assist her. An increasing amount of research indicated the importance of probiotics and their role in promoting a crucial foundation for health. As I began investigating and experimenting I discovered not only an incredible resource for promoting my family’s health, but also a passion for the creation of delicious functional food.
After years of research and trialing I decided it was time to share the extensive knowledge base I have developed with others who could benefit from the extraordinary attributes of traditionally fermented foods and personal dietary change. I am currently working on a book and making my services available to both my local community as well as my online community. I look forward to sharing and working you.
